PRIVACY/SECURITY
You have the option of ordering from our online store, but in doing so please realize that our products here are sold at premium prices so as not to compete with our retail customers, and that normal processing and shipping time is 2-3 weeks. Our preference is that you purchase our products through your favorite fishing tackle supplier instead, saving you time and money. If they don’t carry what you want, ask them to contact us and we’ll be happy to help them get anything we make.
Any information you provide in placing an online order at www.genelarew.com is safeguarded according to the strictest standards for e-commerce, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect your data and secure your transactions. Personal information, including your e-mail address, credit card number and shipping/billing address is encrypted using the most current method commercially available, and it is not shared with any others beyond our needs in fulfilling your order.
As with most credit card purchases, you are further protected from unauthorized charges to your card via protection under the Fair Credit Billing Act, and your provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of any fraudulent charges.
At the time of ordering, you do have the option to check a box granting us permission to send you further communications from Gene Larew Lures. If you opt-in, we will not share your e-mail address with others.

ONLINE ORDERING
We are first and foremost a manufacturer. Because we do have such an extensive product offering of products and colors, we offer online ordering as a convenience to individuals. Online orders are for shipping and delivery within the United States only. We reserve the right to accept or reject international orders. Phone orders will not be accepted. Oklahoma sales taxes apply to orders shipping to Oklahoma. Online orders are processed and shipped only after credit card approval. If there is a problem with the credit card information you provided, you will be notified for further assistance before we can process your order. Upon credit card approval, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Online orders are for shipping and delivery within the United States and Canada only. We reserve the right to accept or reject international orders. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the order’s total cost. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order total for merchandise only. Refer to the chart below for shipping costs. Most orders ship either USPS or UPS, depending on size and weight of the order.

Shipping to Canada:
Gene Larew Lures does accept orders from customers in Canada. However, all customs brokerage charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. These charges are an addition to the shipping and handling charges that are assessed at the time the order is placed.
RETURNS
Returns must occur within thirty (30) days of the date your credit card has been processed for the purchase of our products. A 15% return fee of the original merchandise cost will be incurred, and return freight charges must be pre-paid at your expense. Before making any returns, please call Sales at Gene Larew Lures, LLC (918) 949-6291 to explain the reason and to obtain an authorization number. We will refuse receipt of all returns not in compliance with this policy.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receiving a package damaged during shipment, open immediately and inspect for missing or damaged goods. Should there be a problem with the contents, do not discard the packaging material and call us to discuss further handling procedures, (918) 949-6291.
